The check in process was a nightmare. We arrived at 11:30 at night and had to wait for over an hour to check in because the "convienient" self check in would not print room keys. Then there were only 2 staff members there to assist over 30 guests. I was checking in with a family of 5 and it was just terrible.

Fantastic experience. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Shout out to Jenny, Marta , Shane and Louis, William and Josh and all of the other wonderful staff. Definitely recommend it and will certainly go back !

Room was good, clean and quiet. Casino, bars, restaurants all great. It's just a shame there's no coffee in any rooms. A big disappointment (in both hotels i stayed in that week)

Beautiful hotel and area!

Wonderful hotel with a family room for 5 people. Great staff and swrvice. The breakfast was a delicious huge buffet. Highly recommend.
